When I first started my search for my first house, I was so confused and uneducated about how to go about it and what it took to make it all happen. Lucky for me, through a friend at work, I found Kathy and now, when I come home everyday, I not only pull up to a house that is just what I wanted, but its in a neighborhood I can call home, and it was all done at my own pace and at a cost I could afford.

Kathy was perfect at listening to what I was looking for and being able to find houses all over Austin that looked just like what I wanted. She was also great at recommending neighborhoods and getting me to think about many things I didn't know about, it being my first home-buying experience.

Kathy is one of the most loyal people I know-she always looked out for my interests, not those of the seller or builder. When my builder tried to raise my price at the last minute before the contract was signed, she went to bat for me with the sales manager of the company and got him to understand the unfairness of what was about to happen.

On top of Kathy's loyalty and her familiarity with all of Austin and its surrounding areas, she's been through alot of negotiations and I felt so comfortable having her with me at the closing table. She knows what to ask for and when to ask for it. She's also very well-connected with loan officers, inspectors, and home-improvement specialists so her contributions don't just stop after the house you want to buy is found.

She's there from start to finish, and even after that...Kathy remains a friend and confidant even now!
